  • False advertising and misrepresentation

  • Waste of time

    First phone from them had a busted SIM card port, which unsurprisingly stopped working after two months. Bought another one, which stopped working that following night; it just suddenly shut off (full battery, not plugged into anything, etc) out of nowhere. Wouldn't turn back on at all. I took the battery out and put it back in and it still didn't work.     I'm sick of call dropping. No service no we're. And can't call from phone app to get anyone phone. And they way I keep getting hidden fees on a prepaid line.   • Horrible customer service/ theft

    Every time I go in this location, I'm disappointed. Today as I paid my bill, I purchased a new otter box case... I noticed the employee(delvin) placed some of my money in the register and left 15.00 to the side. I then asked for a receipt , after leaving the store I noticed I was only charged for my phone bill.     I got this phone 3 days ago, I did a upgrade from my phone lg10 to the LG20. the sales guy said I qualified for a discount on the phone, he charged me 169.99 for the phone. he told me all the accessories were included in this price. he transferred all my contact info to my new phone but all my pics were deleted.     I'm really really unsatisfied with the quality of signal from Metro pcs.     I had been a long time customer of Sprint for many years but my bills were just extremely high about $235 per month for two lines.     I could not get the company at any level to work with me on phone service, or personal service. I bought 3 phones and I never did get any decent service, as the phones were static and they dropped calls off and on. I could not run my real estate service, and I had to void my Metro PCS service, and go back to AT&T.   • Charging for conference calling within the US?

    I have been with T-Mobile and now Metro PCS for so the last 10 years. I use three way calling for my job and have never had any trouble and now you are charging....I never heard of anything so ridiculous.     I have paid my bill $ took from my acct. 16 days after you cancelled my payment and shut my phone off.
