    First phone from them had a busted SIM card port, which unsurprisingly stopped working after two months. Bought another one, which stopped working that following night; it just suddenly shut off (full battery, not plugged into anything, etc) out of nowhere. Wouldn't turn back on at all.     Every time I go in this location, I'm disappointed. Today as I paid my bill, I purchased a new otter box case... I noticed the employee(delvin) placed some of my money in the register and left 15.00 to the side. I then asked for a receipt , after leaving the store I noticed I was only charged for my phone bill.     I had been a long time customer of Sprint for many years but my bills were just extremely high about $235 per month for two lines.     I could not get the company at any level to work with me on phone service, or personal service. I bought 3 phones and I never did get any decent service, as the phones were static and they dropped calls off and on.     I have paid my bill $ took from my acct. 16 days after you cancelled my payment and shut my phone off.     Hello, my ZTE max has been nothing but trouble.
