    I could not get the company at any level to work with me on phone service, or personal service. I bought 3 phones and I never did get any decent service, as the phones were static and they dropped calls off and on. I could not run my real estate service, and I had to void my Metro PCS service, and go back to AT&T. They would not unlock even one of my 3 phones, of which were all paid off, in order for me to switch over to AT&T, and I had to purchase another AT@T phone.     I have paid my bill $ took from my acct. 16 days after you cancelled my payment and shut my phone off.     Hello, my ZTE max has been nothing but trouble. Wont go on line sometimes, it says it off line, when I send text it takes sometime 10 minutes and also when someone send a text it repeats the text 2 to 4 times.     Online coverage cover 4G Lite on the area I went to work but when I got there... no signal, no 4G, no nothing. Completely dead.     I just paid my cell phone bill with hot spot and etc. I receive a text message from metro piece of shit saying that i have to pay another five dollars for mobile hot spot.     Purchased the Huawei Valiant from Metro PCS in October 2014 and by December 2014, the phone completely froze and will not turn back on now.     Placed rebate paperwork in July 2014. In Dec 2014, rebate customer service said it was shipped in Sept 2014. I never received the rebate and asked for assistance. Their is a balance on the card of $6.00.     I just signed up with Metro PCS - for the 4G network at a service fee of $60.00 for unlimited talk and text. I tried calling them just now and even though I am using my service with them they claim I do not have an account. How ridiculous is THAT! I also noticed that my service options are t-Mobile 3G or AT&T 3g/2g.     The customer service at MetroPCS is awful. I paid ahead of time to get my phone fixed and they promised me they would have it done by the next day and they didn't.
