    Thursday my LG K7 totally quit processing and I contacted Metro Customer Service to find out what I should do since this was the 4th time in less than a year that my phone malfunctioned. The Supervisor instructed me to take the phone to a Metro store and have it looked at which I did and it was documented that the phone had stopped processing. and a new one/replacement was warranted.   • METroPCS phones I"m on my third phone and going in to get number 4



    I Have not had any problems with the exception of the quality of the phones provided. I Have been a customer since July 2015 and since then I"ve had to relace my phone twice. NOw this third phone has caused more problems than I"ve ever had with a phone.   • Charging for conference calling within the US?



    I have been with T-Mobile and now Metro PCS for so the last 10 years. I use three way calling for my job and have never had any trouble and now you are charging....I never heard of anything so ridiculous. I called customer service and was told that there is a $3 per month charge for 300 minutes, I use way over 300 minutes with three-way calling and there is no option for adding more time.     I been with Metro pcs since April, for 1 their customer service is horrible. They act like they dont want to work with you. 2. if your phone is off for whatever reason, and you try to contact customer service you have to use the auto system regardless i you have questions about your bill. My last bill was $70 that was due on 07/01.     I havent had my phone a year and I'm debating on going back to my old carrier. I'm on the $60 plan which is suppose to be unlimited 4g, but my phone stays on 2g.     I changed services from Metro PCS to AT&T since their Mexico Plan did not work in my area of Baja. The change was at the end of May, 2014 but my automatic bank payment of $40.00 was forwarded to them before I could stop the payment. I called on 5/23/14, 6/4/2014 and 6/16/24 to no avail.     This is the worst company ever. It is very diffficult to talk to a person over the phone who deals directly with the corporation and not the dealers. There are these two Metro PCS dealers on Miami Beach, owned by the same person. One is on 6693 Collins ave Miami Beach Fl 33141 and the other one is on 1876 79 St Causeway North Bay Villahe FL 33141.     Metro sucks ass, every night if you have 4g it keeps shutting down, and if your on the phone it just makes this loud noise and cuts you off then you can't call out or receive any calls for about 2-3hrs... but have the nerve to text me on the 10th of the month that my bill for the 21st is due.     I liked Metro a ton when I first switched to them. But I do not use my cell phone a ton and have a PC at home and at work always available plus I work third shift and do not have a big social life.     I am a new Metro customer and might be taken my buisness else where. I bought huawei android well after 7-10 days I relized I was dropping calls phone was freezing. Phone would just shut off. I brought my concerns to the store I purchased and also stupidly bought new phone and added another line.     After hours of scouring the internet for the phone of my choice. I decided to get the HTC Touch Pro from ebay. Many people have the Touch Pro flashed to metro pcs and it works flawlessly.
