    I got this phone 3 days ago, I did a upgrade from my phone lg10 to the LG20. the sales guy said I qualified for a discount on the phone, he charged me 169.99 for the phone. he told me all the accessories were included in this price. he transferred all my contact info to my new phone but all my pics were deleted.     Today suddenly I got a message for resetting the password and then I got the message that my password has been reset. I tried to reset again from metropcs website however it showed 'some technical error and contact helpdesk'.     I bought a z max pro from a store since the day I bought it I have had problems with the phone. 4 months later after being told a phone will be sent to replace mine. The second time of being told it will be sent out I finally recieved it with the wrong sim card for it. I called customer service and what they told me was I had to go buy one.     WE have a defective Cell phone less than 30 days of use and Metro PCS in Cartersville, GA will not honor the exchange policy. The battery stopped working and would not charge. So we took the phone in to exchange within 30 days of purchase receipt and the employee's tried to say the phone had damage to it when it did not.
