Metro PCS coverage and support


Online coverage cover 4G Lite on the area I went to work but when I got there... no signal, no 4G, no nothing. Completely dead. Even in the office I worked, everyone carriers like ATT, TMobil (the worse one), Sprint, Verizon even Cricket have service and signal. MetroPCS is completely dad. Called the MetroPCS Customer care, they complained that my cell couldn't get the good signal and suggest to change the new device. I placed a new one, guess what? No confirmation #, no order# but Metro PCS charge full amount on my AMEX card. Called back to tech sale and he provided me the confirmation # and said he will send me email and I saw nothing from MetroPCS. Actually, MetroPCS never provided me any email correctly. At the beginning of sign up contract, they never send me any confirmation for rebate, after 4 months, I called and they told me that an email put on the system is not corrected. Ok, corrected and guess what? still didn't see any email from them. Then I tried to unlock my phone, they said they will email me the code for unlock. Waiting........ for 2 months, called back and still no unlock code. The customer care said, they emailed me, yeah right! email? When? they couldn't tell and told me to code via phone. I have asked for email, and until now, still haven't received any email.

I complained about the services at my work area... ticket opened for 2 months and none of them bother to resolved. When I was onsite support at Winchester, still no services. I called and complained they said, "sorry there's no service there and nothing we can do." I have asked, "If there's no services at Winchester, how come the website coverages put full 4G Lite services there?" Customer care said, "sorry... nothing we can do since there's no services there"... Metro PCS is liar?

Now, my order for new phone is still on the air. Took a week already and no phone shipped out?

The stupid and suck thing is automated service when I call toll free number. Never seen any stupid automated operator like Metro PCS. Try to file a complain and robot keep blinking up and down. Homepage of MetroPCS couldn't find the right information to help me contact customer service.
