Metropcs.. Customer service complaint


Lost my phone on Saturday November 19 went to the metro south bay plaza location today November 20.. The agent a young lady. Proceeded to ignore me for the first 10 minutes of entering the establishment. Her conversation was way more important than acknowledging me or even telling me she would be with me shortly. After rudely asking me what I needed to do. She was very unapologetic about not having the phones I asked for. After asking could she find another location that might possibly have the phones,she informed me they we're all closing within the next 20minutes . after being ignored then treated as if I was not getting anything from this young lady. I decided to try my luck tomorrow with another location. This young lady needs customer service training. Angela Carter
