Poor Customer Serivce in lake worth, fl - METROPCS


I was having a problem with my brand new phone and was returning it to the location where it was purchased for a replacement. The staff sent me to
Metropcs

I approached the customer service person- JOSEPH Shawshi. This was a young man presumably in his 20's who provided some of the worse customer service I have encountered in the 11 years I have been in Lake Worth, Florida. I explained to JOSEPH that we were sent from the other store to pick up a replacement phone. He immediately responded in a defensive manher stating that it was not his fault. I explained to him that I was not interested in assigning blame. I only wanted resolution to my issue. He stated that he did not have the phone and again that it was not his fault. I reiterated that I only wanted resolution and would appreciate if he would call the other location so that I could pick up the phone. He half- heartedly asked if anyone else knew the phone number to the other store and I was taking down the number for my personal reference. He then stated that I could just call myself and he did not continue to make even the slightest effort to resolve our issue. I confronted him about his lack of customer service and total disrespect for the customer and he proceeded to argue. I asked for the store manager, Kelin Rosales, who did provide excellent customer service. This employee,, JOSEPH Shawshi( who was working on Saturday, April 18, 2015, between noon and 1330, WILL cause metropcs to loose business. I have a longstanding history with metropcs- about 11 years) and just added three more lines. The encounter with Joseph Shawshi is seriously making me reconsider whether or not I should continue using metropcs. This young man should be terminated or spoken to by someone of authority, preferably Roger D. Linguist- CEO or Greg Pressly- VP of Customer Care to teach him how to provide excellent customer service so that metro continues to be a profitable company. I am not sure how many people JOSEPH Shawshi has disrespected, but I am the one who cares enough about consumer rights to make a complaint.
