Stealing money from accounts


I have paid my bill $ took from my acct. 16 days after you cancelled my payment and shut my phone off. BUT THE money wasn't refunded to my card because since the then my card had to be cancelled due to fraud after your payment was processed and I nor my bank requested the payment to you cancelled or refunded. I have been to the store 2x's spoke to dozens of agents some who 4 hung up on me, 1 answered by propositioning me. I have filed escalations issue and have requested someone from Corporate office with great working English knowledge to call me and help find this payment which you company is stating has being returned to my bank but HAS NOT! I have been given so many excuses about where my $ is and why it has been refunded it's not funny and NONE make sense. Most funny one is I had insufficient funds which is BS cause I have over 20, thousand in that acct. Plz have a Corporate headquarters managaement member contact me ASAP.
