Waste of time


First phone from them had a busted SIM card port, which unsurprisingly stopped working after two months. Bought another one, which stopped working that following night; it just suddenly shut off (full battery, not plugged into anything, etc) out of nowhere. Wouldn't turn back on at all. I took the battery out and put it back in and it still didn't work. I took it back and they couldn't get it to work either, so they have a me a new one, which also went ballistic as soon as a droplet of water touched the screen. The screen was navigating rapidly on its own, shaking like crazy, and I couldn't even turn it off nor hard reset it. Had literally throw that one out and spend money on yet another one.

This one finally works fine, but it drops calls before it even makes them. I have to dial a number multiple times before it actually lets the call go through and stops saying "CALL ENDED". Thanks happened exactly 21 times in a row when I was trying to call customer service, and then the phone screen crashed (got stuck on a permanent black screen and wouldn't turn on), so I had to hard reset it.

Another thing is that their payment due dates are grossly sporadic, and sometimes shuts my service off a day before, the day off, the day after, or the day before the payment is due, and the mymetro app usually refuses to let me pay through its method once that happens.

They used to send a reminder for the payment in a text message, but now they only do that for me once or twice a year.

Really wouldn't recommend Metroll to anyone.
