I went to the metro pcs corporate store located at 715 east vine street, Kissimmee FL, 34744.
Me and my boyfriend had gotten his number ported to my account and I also got a new phone. So at the moment I have 3 lines active on my account when I only need 2. We had spoke to Melanie Rodriguez Leo to complete this transaction. I already had a LG stylo G and I wanted the new phone to be the new Stylo2.
After using the new phone the sound quality was poor compared to the old one.I went back in and spoke with Joshua Geronimo which was going to use the metro promise to give me a Samsung J7. This was the only phone equivalent to my own. They did not have any in stock and I offered to pay for it up front so I cant wait for them to come in and he would not let me. By the time they would get some in my week would have been up and I would not be able to use the Metro promise.
I drove an hour to this store for help and he could not even give me a time they will get more phones in. So now I am stuck paying for 3 phones when i need 2. I have to pay for my old one so I can avoid putting minutes on the new one. Joshua had told me to go to the Lakeland store and exchange the phone there, so I drove another hour to get there just to be told that I cannot metro promise there and I would need to go back to where I bought the phone.
After visting the other corporate store on 3137 HWY 98 N. Lakeland, FL 33805 I spoke to a manager named Alec and he was very helpful. He had called Joshua for me to get him to check his stock on the Samsung J7 and see when the next shipment comes in. Keep in mine, Joshua had told me there was no way for him to see this. But when Alex asked him to he was able to check for the next 6 days, he said they don't have any coming in. Alex told Joshua and myself about the Holiday return until the end of January. So as long as I dont go over an hour of talk time on the new phone i can return it.
I have been trying to get in contact with Joshua pertaining the shipments. He disconnected it mobile device so I can't reach him there. So I emailed him asking about when he will get it in. His response was very unprofessional, instead or answering he replies "Who's this?". I replied with my name and the situation and he refuses to email me back. This particular location is known for it horrible customer service.
My issue is such a quick fix yet no one wants to help. I need this resolved. I should not have to drive an hour away to their location to keep checking if they have new stock for the Samsung J7 again. At this point, it feels as if they are going out of their way to find ways to not help me, out of spite.
It is not my fault they do not have the phone I can swap available preventing me from returning mine. I should not be punished for their inability to provide accurate information and not being able to stock their store properly.
My name is Amanda Negron, and the phone number associated with my account is 407-369-2511. You can also reach me at the number I provided.
