My name is sharina Smallwood my metro number is 2673511881 my password is 01/15/1986 I was convinced by an Asian guy that works at metro store at 8925 Frankford Ave in Philadelphia PA to upgraded my phone. Around the begining of March 2017 ...He was very go sales man and persuade me to upgrade and told me that I will receive a 65.00 mail in rebated and it would be 4 weeks and the rebates is going to come on a Visa debit card . And told me I didn't have to submit anything that the store submit the mail n rebate form for there customers ...I called the mail in rebate center on 4/11/2017 to check the status of my rebate and they saying they don't nothing where my rebate was even submit.i only want my rebate money back cause that's not fair and that's false advertising..I have a loyal customer for years always paid my bill on time always promote y'all business and encourage my peers to get service with metro....And this is the thanks I get back that's not fair ..Cause if I knew I could of submitted my own mail n rebate slip I would but I was told by one of your fellow employees that the store on 8925 Frankford Ave Philadelphia PA submit there customers mail n rebate for them...That's not fair to a loyal customer and I don't want to leave your company because of false advertising..I feel like I got rip off.. Please take the time in look into my account and see when I upgrade and help me get my 65.00 rebate to me pls. Thank you
