Fraudulent charges

you cant contact customer service unless your a customer i had to find a metro pcs number online and use it to get through they informed me they do not have a fraud dept

Call coustumer service request the number for tresury deparment # en send by fax copy of statement were shows the transaction made en explaine this.metter .
Make sure you add a contac number. ..
