Horrible customer service/ theft

Every time I go in this location, I'm disappointed. Today as I paid my bill, I purchased a new otter box case... I noticed the employee(delvin) placed some of my money in the register and left 15.00 to the side. I then asked for a receipt , after leaving the store I noticed I was only charged for my phone bill. This is the second time at the same locations this has happened to me. The first time was by another employee. Is this something employees are trained to do? I worked five years in management. And this is theft of property. Not only that, the employees here are RUDE and disrespectful. One girl was arguing with her co worker telling him "to fall to the rode" whatever that means. Not one time was I apologized too or did the manager try to resolve the issue. What kinda people do y'all hire? I'm switching back to family mobile next month. I refuse to keep dealing with unprofessional people and have them pocketing my money. If the phone case didn't need to be rung up, I should have got it for free, right?
