Poor Customer Service


On 3/7/17 I went to store number 82011032 Merchant ID:82011032 Operator ID 8201132 Store is at 4856 North Kings Highway Suite 20 Fort pierce Florida I paid my bill with my debit card. had enough in my bank account to cover the bill and have $16.00 extra. Clerk ran my card through once said didn't take, ran it through again said it was ok. I asked you sure I am not going to get charged twice. I got home later checked my account showed two pending charges from Metro PCS . Called customer service explained what happened was assured that there would be only one payment taken out next day check account and sure enough 2 payments had been taken out causing my account to be over charged with fee of $35.00 so now my account is $90 in the whole. I called customer service 6 times and got nowhere tried to get a manager was transferred and the call was dropped. each and every time I talked to someone I had to explain the whole situation over again. Which tells me a few things about their customer service. They don't not keep records of customer issues or ongoing issues. They can not communicate with each other to track an open issue. They are not concerned with customer issues as never received and call back to check on my issue. On the 7th try at their customer service I did finally get someone who opened a refund file but that takes 5-7 days. Opened a file with bank that takes 7-10 days. So in the mean time I am out $90.00 , my credit is screwed, had to take off half day of work to try and clear this issue (cost another $100.00) and I don't have any idea when I will have my issue resolved. The lack of interest from the customer care on an issue makes wonder if their is a case for false advertising.
Oh btw I know this from experience with customer care if you don't pay your bill on the day it is due your phone is shut off that evening. No 7-10 days while you check it out.
So now I am in the whole close to $200.00 wasted time frustrated and just plain pissed.
And I hope they ask me why I am leaving when I switch services
