Metro PCS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. SO ANGRY I WILL NOT STOP COMPLAINING UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE


I recently got sick and couldn't pay my phone bill so I allowed my phone to be disconnected. On March 1, 2017 I went into Metro pcs on Long beach Blvd and asked for a new SIM card and asked for my phone to be turned on. I was told I would be getting a new number since I PAYED 15.00 for a NEW SIM card. I walked out of the store and everything was fine. 2 days later my phone is disconnected for non payment. I CALLED and they said go back to the store I went to. I am sick so I got a extension on my bill and went today March 5th. I explained the problem to the girl who was trying to help me. Her manager NINO walks up and asks her what happened, he then looks at the computer and tells me YOU DIDN'T REQUEST A NEW BILL CYCLE DAY WHICH COST 5.00 SO THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO NOW. I had no idea about a bill Cycle day and was me told that. He said it's my fault because the phone was previously off. He was speaking to me so rude like metro has contracts or something. I was like so u guys arent gonna help me he said no not with my attitude, pointed his fingers and said get out. Now I just payed 75.00 and my phone is off. That is insane and unfair. I will not stop until this manager Nino is fired. He could have called customer service. Im call I the vice president of metro until I get answers. 729 long beach Blvd. Long beach ca 90813
