Elite metro of Metro pcs are not willing to help the customer! - elite metro pcs
Elite metro sold me products that metro does not carry. Went to get my refund. and they refuse even though I was within the specified time frame, the products in original boxes and intact. They kept giving me the round around to reach they 7 day mark. Horrible place to shop. Horrible management. Horrible service. They are not here for the customer. To top it off, metro pcs says they can't do anything because it is not a metro phone, even though I purchase them from their authorized metro dealer!
