Product:	Metro PCS Poor customer service and cheap defective phones

WE have a defective Cell phone less than 30 days of use and Metro PCS in Cartersville, GA will not honor the exchange policy. The battery stopped working and would not charge. So we took the phone in to exchange within 30 days of purchase receipt and the employee's tried to say the phone had damage to it when it did not. It was put in the protector the night it was purchased and never removed from the protector until it was taken in for the exchange. The Metro PCS manager would not honor the defective product and issue a replacement for us. Horrible Service. Just bad!!!!! Not good. He did not care that we had a product that we could not use. It was clearly defective product and not damage product. Feel like we wasted $125.00 and now have to purchase a new phone with a new cell provider. Horrible Customer Service/Franchise.
