Old phone not returned
On March 23rd, 2017 I upgraded to a new phone for my wife IMEI #354606086538135 tel. # 818-919-5962 at Supreme Mobile Group 8424 Sunland Blvd.Sun Valley,Ca. 91352. The saleman (Gus) did transfer my contact info from my old phone to my new phone a Samsung ON 5 but he failed to return my old phone nor any new packaging from the new phone. I went the next day and he claimed he did not have my old phone. I had many pictures stored in my old phone and now they are gone. In all my excitement, I did not remember to ask for my old phone at the time of purchase. I feel like the salesperson is withholding my old phone and will not return it.Sincerely, William Jelliffe contact 818-239-9034
