I purchase phone on 5/17/17 i was told it had the same features as my previous phone which was a lie I did not like the phone and returned to store on 5/23/17 the phone was only used a few times and still had seal I only wanted to exchange the phone and go back to the previous phone the store clerk was rude and refused to exchange or refund the phone asked for manager and she also refused explained I was a diabetic and had poor eye sight and could not enlarge the keyboard like my other phone they still refused to help and then when I got upset and told them the customer is always right the store clerk mocked me and then some big huge thug came from the back wanting to throw me out of the store I have never experienced anything like this before called corporate office and they could not help so I have decided to sell the phone myself and cancel my service with metro pcs because their customer service sucks .......
