I got this phone 3 days ago, I did a upgrade from my phone lg10 to the LG20. the sales guy said I qualified for a discount on the phone, he charged me 169.99 for the phone. he told me all the accessories were included in this price. he transferred all my contact info to my new phone but all my pics were deleted. I looked for them and I cant find them on the new or old phone. he also charged me 64.99 for the accessories and another 19.99 for the screen protector. he charged me total 224.00 when the total should be 169.99 like he said it included everything!!! the receipt states otherwise. I called to rectify this and he was talking in circles. that was yesterday. im aggravated and want this corrected immediately.
