Very unhappy Metro pcs customer!

It had been a while since I had to use my metro pcs password so I took my valid ID to the store nearest to me which was 3465 W Walnut Street #109 Garland Tx 75042 to get my password.
The young lady behind the counter looked as though I was disturbing or bothering her and had the nerve to ask me well what do you think it is?
I told her if I knew I would'nt be here and she told me my number is in high security and I would have to take my ID to a corporate store to get my password. Not at all happy about the run around or poor service I received.
