I purchased the current promotion of 2 free phones (lg k20 plus) when you switch that i was told came with or included phone cases for each so i ended up getting $50 plans which would be $80 a month i also purchased 2 gel screen protectors in total i paid $174.44 i wasnt given the long white receipt only the yellow start of service request paper it wasn't until i got home that i realized that was way to much so i went back to store and got a re printed recepit and seen that i was actually charged for the cases @ $19.95 each when i asked why i was charged for them if they came with the phones i was told that the cases come with phones but they werent free but if i didnt want them i didnt have to take them but i was still going to be charged for them if i would have known this i wouldn't have got the phones period on top of it the employee knowingly sold me 2 screen protectors for a different model phone at no time was i informed that i HAD to pay for the cases nor did i know the screen protectors weren't for my phone model
