unprofessional sales associate very rude - Zte max pro

I visited my local metro pcs store and the sales associate sold me a used charger and when I went back to inform her that the charger was used (mind you I paid 32.99 )she wouldn't give me an exchange or a refund. She was completely unprofessional. She didn't give me my change or a receipt when I purchased the charger nor did she give me a bag. She needs to be Fired !!
