METRO PCS PHONE NOT WORKING
Hello, my ZTE max has been nothing but trouble. Wont go on line sometimes, it says it off line, when I send text it takes sometime 10 minutes and also when someone send a text it repeats the text 2 to 4 times. I've been in and out of metro pcs so many times , I am so tired of going there. Finally they gave me a refurbished ZTE and I have the same problem if not worse. I truly believe this model has serious issues. I went back there again and told them this phone is not good that I would pay the difference and get the style 2 but they told me I have to buy the phone at full price. I paid 100.00 for this and the style is 129.95, they said they can't do that, meanwhile I'M stuck with this phone that is total garbage. please help me with this ongoing problem, my wife, my son, and me are with metro pcs. my phone number is 954-270-7597
