METroPCS phones I"m on my third phone and going in to get number 4 - Galaxy phone model # SM-G550T1
I Have not had any problems with the exception of the quality of the phones provided. I Have been a customer since July 2015 and since then I"ve had to relace my phone twice. NOw this third phone has caused more problems than I"ve ever had with a phone. A week ago I deleted one text message, but instead it deleted every saved text message in my phone with the exception of one. I was then told that MetroPCS can't retrieve or even provide you with a record of your text messages. THat day I spoke to two supervisor's, the second of which told me he was making a record of my case and there would be no additional charges. Then the next day before going out to exchange it the phone literally went haywire. Calls were made without my knowledge, aps came on without me opening them up and more, yet when I got to one of the two places you can exchange a phone in LA_Westlake. I was told that they did not have my phone in stock, but could get it in five days and that the supervisor misinformed me and that 30 charge can;t be waived for anyone. So I left the store with a phone that had stopped most of the erratic behavior, but still has no ringtone for text messages. I was planning on going to the corpotae office on 7th ST today anyway, but yesterday my phone on it's own repeatedly called three people on my contact list while it was in my pocket. I Have lost total trust in your company, but these are no small issues so when I go to the corporate office if I don't believe I
