metro pcs new phone wont stream and receive calls - metro pcs xample: The product name of washing machine

The metro pcs didnt refund my money when she admitted she gave me the wrong information. My problem was the fact my new Galaxy would not get calls sometimes and wouldn't stream anything without pausing every 30 seconds at a perfect time set intervals. When I took the phone back it work perfect when I took it to the store but later it didn't help. Cassie sabo
